If you're looking for an opportunity to make a big impact, look no further! PECI is positioning itself to become a major player in the Energy Conservation software space. I'm especially bullish on the software development group. They are adopting Agile with the intent to collaborate more with the business, allow self-organizing teams to build awesome solutions, and come up with new and innovative product ideas and ways of working. The dev group is setting the tone for the rest of the organization. We need more developers to join in the cause! Great work-life balance! Competitive pay with pretty good benefits. People are awesome here! Everyone is focused on the greater good and likes working together. A lot of the previous negative comments are from disgruntled past employees who were impacted by a difficult 2012. I don't blame them. Not everything was handled perfectly. But we are seeing a very positive shift in whom we are hiring and how we are working. Now is a great time to work at PECI!
Cons
2012 was a rough year, so some of the benefits had to be scaled back. But 2013 and beyond looks very promising and even more benefits are on the horizon.
