Pros

-Serious commitment to work-life balance. Practice what they preach. It is rare to work over 40 hours per week. -Fun. Management makes conscious efforts to make the workplace fun. Baseball game outings, happy hours, sports teams, moral events, etc. are a common occurrence. -Growth. Growth within the company is encourage and expected. Opportunities for training are common and you are encourage to take classes to improve your skills (often funded by the company) -Young. Very young culture, which makes the workplace fun and active. -Perks. Many, many perks unmatched by most other companies (free parking, great health/dental/vision/pharma, etc.) -Active effort by management to continue to grow the company as well as make sure their employees are happy

Cons

-Cubicle environment -Salary may be lower than other similar agencies, but when you consider the perks and hours worked, it probably evens out

You can’t beat the awesome people here!

Cons

Clients can be tough, but that’s the reality of working in a marketing agency. Not a reflection of pep
