Benefits are standard, nothing amazing. Not a lot of room to grow. Be careful what department you go into. If it's not clinical you will more than likely be forced to use your accumulated PTO for forced closures. This doesnt include sick, vacation and holiday time off. If you're not clinical you have to stress about layoffs. High staff turnover. Too bad they did not get rid of incompetent staff during recent layoffs. No reference policy (can be a problem, just depends)
