Pros
We had a great boss. Resently changed. We will see how that goes. We have had bad bosses before, So I have started to look nonetheless.
Cons
We had a bad boss experience and then promoted a new boss from within. 4yrs later a Director possition came up. Hospital hired from outside and then our good boss stepped down.. don't know the details, but from my vantage point they did her wrong. So con would be they don't grow from within. Core values on paper are not the same in practice. This impacts the culture.
