      Company car, excellent health care and 401k matching plan. PPG has the naming rights of the Pittsburgh Penguins hockey arena. Not many pros—

      Cons

      Lack of initiative to change the culture regardless of what they say. Growth only through mergers or acquisitions. No leadership to grow the business organically, they can only succeed though acquisitions of smaller better run companies.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
