      It is a stable company. people respect each other. management is great, and has a good vision about the future of company.

      Cons

      The company is very conservative about spending, espeically during the difficult time. trainning bugget is tight. a lot of people likes to play safe.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
