      Pros

      Great training program so far, they really make sure you are ready to take on the challenge of running your own store. Large company with plenty of room for advancement if you are willing to work hard.

      Cons

      You must be willing to relocate or they will not hire you. Unfortunate if you would like to stay where you are at, but that is all part of the job.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
