      Pros

      Good Stable corp. At least they arent open Big Box hours and SW hours. Products are outstanding.

      Cons

      Pay not up to standard, no Asst, managers in store, no real direction, Management changes with the seasons, with so few store advancement is near impossible. Their IT is about 10 yrs behind industry standard.

      Very good work environment and your manager will give you a lot of support

      Remote area where there is not much attractions

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
