      Pros

      Good job positions, friendly people, good environment. I like working there the most because there is always someone there to help you no matter what. I haven't found that anywhere else I've ever been.

      Cons

      Management needs better communication between eachother. Training needs to be a lot better!

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
