      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere, Opportunity for growth, Employee recognition, Many incentives, Stable company. In fact, it may be one of the most profitable companies in the Aerospace industry. The other facets of the company are constantly in demand and it allows other employees to become motivated to complete tasks. They are driven to promote a healthy work environment, friendly atmosphere and innovative technologies.

      Industry has ups and downs, production workers may be unhappy, Constant cloud of possible union formation

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
