      Pros

      Decent base pay, ok benefits, company car.

      Cons

      Bonus is a terrible, upper management has no clue what they are doing. Every week your goals change and you can never get in a groove, especially when you're told you need to work from 6 am to 6pm, then come home and do your paperwork. No I'm not kidding.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
