      Pros

      Career opportunities and business outlook is growing fast.make this a good company to check out. They are making the right moves to continue as the worlds leading paint mfg.

      Cons

      Unfortunately they are growing to fast and finding good employees is tough and holes are not getting filled which causes a lot of stress because a lack of employees to get work done.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
