      Good opportunities, some colleagues are really great. Interesting work and multi-discipline teams

      Cons

      Typical top down culture, at least in my country in EU. Projects take long to take off and resources are often stretched. Lots of beaurocracy

      Very good work environment and your manager will give you a lot of support

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
