      Pros

      Voluntary overtime anytime you want. Not much to say.

      Cons

      Management, favoritism, pay, schedule, and it all plays at this location. Favoritism seems to play a big part as one certain group of relatives gets jobs handed to them without being qualified or being interviewed. Due to this reason, it causes the issue for not much room for moving up. Management could care less if employees complain. Management can say one thing and change their mind next week. It seems they could care less at staffing correctly. The unprofessional is insane.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
