      Flexibility in schedule no one down your throat daily

      Cons

      Too many reports, lots of random extras to do to please upper management, redundant reports, no real support from teammates or management, negative atmosphere nothing ever good enough

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
