Pros
role as promised, fair compensation, recruiter did excellent job. Immediate manager tremendous. Lots of communication to employees about the state of the business (bleak)
Cons
price of parking, the company is dealing with a culture shift .Low morale, "gotcha" culture, always looking for who did something wrong. Large population of people who try to keep themselves under the radar, No one speaks up - fear of being next one fired.
