      Pros

      lazy envioroment. ok pay and ok benefits. 12.5 k a year college money for free. i need to leave but lazy

      Cons

      low pay. increasingly getting expensive benefits. not so much upside move. Even you move; 6-8% bump. 2- 3 % yearly salary increase considering you didnt upset somebody off.(always looking for reasons to not give you your PIP) HR is talented in this area
