Pros
There are a lot of really good, talented staff that are experts in their job and care greatly about the work they do for PSE&G. Benefits are pretty good.
Cons
The management of the company, from Director up, is pretty out of touch and clueless when it comes to engaging their staff. They like to talk a lot about it, but do not live the talk. Many have never worked anywhere else in their careers. It is very political.
