      + Good $/hr (employee union) + Competent management, mostly. + Safety culture. + Reasonable performance expectations, even when understaffed.

      Cons

      - Benefits, when compared to regional competitors. - No more education reimbursement program. - Training for a new job can be an inexplicably long process depending on the manager. I was lucky. - Apprenticeship opportunities are few and far between.

      Pros

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
