      Some teams are great if you’re lucky enough to be on one 401k match is good

      Cons

      End of remote work killed morale. Especially for those hired as remote or those that moved. Company did a 180 ams told everyone they had to come back. Pay is average

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
