      Pros

      Not a lot of work, low stress, good pay for the amount of work. Okay benefits.

      Cons

      No clear career path, upper management communication is lacking, very cheap company (no opportunities for training or travel, very little spent on employee appreciation, and PTO and holidays are very slim). Can be boring and not challenging at times.

      Pros

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
