      Pros

      Health insurance, 401k, stable job, some coworkers.

      Cons

      Workplace is very political. There are cliques, and favoritism drives everything even who gets the easier workload. If you're not a favorite, expect to be blamed for things even when they’re out of your control. Managers seem more worried about how upper leadership sees them than actually leading their team. It felt like politics and knowing how to "kick up" mattered more than actual skills or performance.

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
