If you are not a LOUD person you are not getting promoted till you resign. Some people date each other, meet them over weekends , party , talk about every other person in company . If you are a performer and brings in lot of new clients and brings in lot of new deals and money to the company.. you won’t be promoted - however EVEN IF you did not do any of the above BUT if you are LOUD AND noisy about everything little you do, and if you happen to date people in the company you get promotions , you get to be in management meetings (even if you are not a manager) .. hard work doesn’t get rewarded in Page - if you are a big mouth , and someone who loves to BOAST About smallest of a thing then - you are a STAR! If you happen to be a bad performer but the management REALLY wants to promote you they will put you in the best performing team so that you can benefit from that and get performance and get promoted ASAP .. funny right ! Micromanagement is a way of life in Page . Even if you are over 5-6 years in business and happen to join them be prepared to go through the worst micro management experience!
