Pros
Knowledge sharing.between employee, even though they sometime busy and stress they will try to teach u an. Because in other place it is so hard to look for this. You also have time to pray for muslim. When there is problem they will ask the responsibility person to prepare the countermeasures in order to avoid other people do the mistake again, so they always be improvement.
Cons
Dont expect to much for increament and bonus, jappanese company is always like that. Benefit also not so much this including overtime and so on.
