Pros
• The people at Panasonic Avionics are the most helpful of any company that I've worked at in the last 40 years. Everyone is eager to answer questions and share information. • Company is very considerate regarding benefits, time off, vacations, and other similar areas. • Great support for COVID related actions. • Excellent computer support, fast and accurate.
Cons
• Company has had many changes at the executive level which seems to lead to a lack of direction. • Have observed many aborted projects making me wonder if the company really knows the direction in which it wants to go.
