      Pros

      A common theme is flexible hours. I had the opportunity to learn a different department and be utilized during “slow” season. (Mind you it never ends)

      Cons

      Another common theme is being overworked. They don’t have enough people for all the work that they have. I had a supervisor who was friendly and very informative. Sometimes I did feel that I had to learn things on my own to get by. I went into another consulting firm doing less work, but ended up getting paid 20k more. So they definitely underpay their employees. Overall I’m thankful for the knowledge i gained but won’t be recommending it to other folks.

      Pros

      Partner has been a great place to work and grow. The company encourages collaboration and values employee input, making it easy to feel that your contributions matter. I've had the chance to see new departments and initiatives come to life and it's been exciting to be part of that growth. Partner looks for ways to improve and innovate...being involved in some of the recent technology advancements has been awesome and exciting to witness firsthand. My favorite is the culture - the Partners are welcoming and care about supporting one another...including making an effort to prioritize employee well-being which is something I really appreciate.

      Cons

      Partner is a fast-growing company (not a bad thing!) which can sometimes lead to shifting priorities and evolving processes which can be challenging.
