Pros

Massive company, job security, modern company vehicles & equipment.

Cons

Very lackluster in communicating. Managers within the same department would often reassign staff to different projects without assigning new staff to complete the original tasks. Proposal writing and workflow were irregular, going through waves where everyone had 50 or more billable hours in one week compared to under 20 hours the next. Management clearly have technical knowledge but lack in management skills.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with communication and workflow at Partner. It's true that the work may fluctuate based on availability of projects and I understand that can be frustrating. We will provide this feedback to the Director of Resource Management who manages scheduling with hopes it will help our assessors with keeping a more balanced schedule. We also understand the importance of developing Management and Leadership skills for our people leaders and invest significant resources and time to support their development. We will continue to focus on these areas. Thank you again for taking the time to provide feedback. Alison Marandola, Chief People Officer

Pros

Partner has been a great place to grow my career. One of the things I've appreciated most is the flexibility to explore different opportunities, figure out where your strengths are, and build a career path that fits your interests. The company genuinely cares about its employees and puts a lot of focus on professional development, mentorship, and long-term growth. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and hardworking without feeling rigid. As we've grown, I've been impressed by how committed the company has remained to its values and mission.

Cons

The biggest challenges have come from growth, which is a good problem to have. As the company continues to expand, there are times when processes, systems, and communication need to catch up with the pace of the business. Most of these are normal growing pains, but they can create occasional inefficiencies along the way.
