Pros

You get paid on time Coworkers are solid because trauma bonds fast

Cons

Leadership makes constant changes with no plan and no follow-through Managers mock and publicly shame employees instead of managing High performers are exploited until they quit, get pushed out, or mentally shut down Swing shift is treated like a dumping ground for everyone else’s unfinished work Overtime turns into an argument even when it is fully justified Employees get called out for being slow while leadership causes the delays Promotions are dangled, delayed for months, and used as manipulation Demotions are a thing Upper leadership has a reputation for being fake and dishonest for a reason The product is slow, buggy, and embarrassing to stand behind Customers openly say they were lied to and regret buying Company is accurately known as a sweatshop Morale is nonexistent and burnout is normalized

Pros

You can make a lot of money if you are in the right territory and have a good client base that hasn’t been oversold by previous AMs. The training is very good and you will make good friends! The people they hire are smart and fun to be around

Cons

If there has been high turnover in your territory it will be hard to sell as the clients have products that have not been properly implemented and are likely gun shy to purchase. It will also depend how “over promised/under delivered” their experience with new business is. The work/life balance can, and probably will, become very toxic. You are on the road constantly if you have a travel heavy territory which makes it difficult to get admin work done during business hours. You will be working before and/or after work - probably on the weekends as well. Ask for transparency in your territory assignment. You want to know how far your furthest client is as you will have to go see them in person at some point
