Pros

Catered lunches, good benefits, decent pay

Cons

Wow. After reading through a superfluous amount of accurate 1-3 star reviews on here, I feel like I should also share the real experience of what Paycom is as of today. If you are looking to work for Paycom then you are looking to work in a company that: has a toxic layoff culture // departments you work with that may be decimated the next day // Constant snap decisions // Different agendas per dept/upper-leader // No employee flexibility // No structure // No future for employees outside of sales, security, and customer service.

Pros

The work we do is challenging but is satisfying. $4 dollar lunches are great and I enjoy the people and managers I work with. We have gone through changes, but the changes are worth it and the tools we are provided keep us successful. The salary is great and top level, highly recommend working here if you love a challenge. I promise you’ll never be bored.

Cons

The workload and hours can be heavy at times, but the long-term gratification is worth it. Paycom is about long-term investment, and it requires patience and perseverance but it’s worth it, if you are strong enough.
