Where do I start? Well.... the management and supervisors have a really fun way of motivating you....if you aren't doing well....they will threaten to fire you. You can't keep up with your work because of how high the turnover rate is so sure you have a work/life balance....work/life as in you live at work with the amount of overtime. Rarely do you get a "hey, you're doing a good job! keep it up!" so if you're someone who needs motivation to get your work done...look elsewhere. The reason there are so many positive reviews, is because they make you write a positive review when you start working here (they will say on here that they don't, but they do). They cover all the flaws up with gifts and big events to keep employees "satisfied". Only a couple departments get adequate training, the rest of the departments are a "sink or swim" kind of department.
