Total fear based leadership. You'll hear constant jokes about getting fired for this or that, because most everyone is legitimately concerned they'll be fired at any point.
The job itself is a pretty miserable role. Expect to be constantly hounded about daily metrics. To start you're expected to maintain all metrics that you would be as a senior rep, while also completing 25 hours + a week of training class. Expect 60 hour weeks minimum for the first few months. The comments about you can make a lot of money but you'll never have time to spend it are 100% true. During training you will see at least a handful of your class fired before even becoming fully trained for the job. If you're looking for good sales training for your career you will get it, but if you're looking for a job you'll enjoy or a company you'll spend some years at, look elsewhere.
If you're looking to grind non-stop, working nights and weekends, don't care about work/life balance or you're own mental stability and happiness over making good money then I would suggest considering the role.
