If not prior to, by year 2, you will feel completely defeated, disheartened, and insecure. There is a wonderful company in Oklahoma that, during onboarding of former paycom employees, they offer a “grieving period” in which they get the person comfortable because they know how poorly paycom workers are treated. It is well-known among the various (actual) great companies in Oklahoma. Thankfully, I work for one of the best now. When we hire former paycom employees, we also treat them with great care to ensure they feel secure in their new role. They are often terrified of being fired for no reason. It’s really sad. i encourage you to ask them about their turnover rate. Or better yet, ask about how long the average length of employment is for their employees. That will give all the info you need. Save your time, your confidence, and your soul, and look into other employers. I promise there are plenty better.
