Growing quickly. High advancement and earning potential. Nice campus. Great benefits. Most of their payroll and HRIS offerings are actually great products.
Cons
High pressure on everyone, not just sales which is to be expected. Clunky internal processes. Lack of equity in distribution of accounts.

Employee engagement and culture are very important to us as an organization. We celebrate both personal and professional wins for all co-workers, but only when they are done in an ethical and professional manner. Base pay is standardized within the majority of our departments, including CRRs. We have high expectations for everyone within our organization and realize we aren’t the right fit for everyone. We wish you the very best.
We’re glad to see your experience reflect the collaborative, high-performance environment we maintain at Paycom.

Business Outlook
Pros
You can make a lot of money if you are in the right territory and have a good client base that hasn’t been oversold by previous AMs.
The training is very good and you will make good friends! The people they hire are smart and fun to be around
Cons
If there has been high turnover in your territory it will be hard to sell as the clients have products that have not been properly implemented and are likely gun shy to purchase.
It will also depend how “over promised/under delivered” their experience with new business is.
The work/life balance can, and probably will, become very toxic. You are on the road constantly if you have a travel heavy territory which makes it difficult to get admin work done during business hours. You will be working before and/or after work - probably on the weekends as well.
Ask for transparency in your territory assignment. You want to know how far your furthest client is as you will have to go see them in person at some point
