Pros

- Good starting pay for people out of college or with no experience - Generous PTO - Opportunities to learn new things if you seek them out

Cons

- Catered lunches cost $4 (payroll deducted) and are generally not good - CEO sets crazy deadlines for global projects and managers scramble to try and get it done, causing people to work late and stress - CEO makes unilateral decisions regarding work from home and doesn't really care how it affects you

Pros

You can make a lot of money if you are in the right territory and have a good client base that hasn’t been oversold by previous AMs. The training is very good and you will make good friends! The people they hire are smart and fun to be around

Cons

If there has been high turnover in your territory it will be hard to sell as the clients have products that have not been properly implemented and are likely gun shy to purchase. It will also depend how “over promised/under delivered” their experience with new business is. The work/life balance can, and probably will, become very toxic. You are on the road constantly if you have a travel heavy territory which makes it difficult to get admin work done during business hours. You will be working before and/or after work - probably on the weekends as well. Ask for transparency in your territory assignment. You want to know how far your furthest client is as you will have to go see them in person at some point
