Pennoni is an employee owned company (ESOP), which gives employees ownership of the company without investing their own money. In addition, Pennoni offers paid sick time, employer paid long and short term disability, tuition reimbursement, professional registrations, memberships, licenses and training. Vacation time, with experience is three weeks annually with the opportunity to buy a fourth week.
