Pros

None that i can remember

Cons

During my time at the company, I observed practices that raised serious ethical and cultural concerns for me. Vendor selection and partnerships did not always appear transparent, and there was a perception that personal relationships influenced decisions.

Hello, We always try to provide space for reviewers to share their authentic experiences, but when it comes to things like vendor selection and other important business processes, we do feel the need to step in to clarify how we operate. For PerfectServe, vendor selection isn't just a "check the boxes" exercise. Every decision we make can ultimately impact our products, and those products are used by nearly a million users every day to facilitate patient care and orchestrate important day-to-day healthcare operations. We take these responsibilities VERY seriously, and we would never jeopardize our customers' trust or the reliability of our technology just to make a deal with a friend. Every business decision we make, including decisions about which vendors we work with, is subject to intense scrutiny through an open and thorough review process. By the time a decision like this is made, every vendor at the table has been through multiple layers of review using many different lenses, and a winner is selected based on their ability to meet or exceed our requirements. Personal relationships aren't part of the calculus. Simply put, our work is too important to take shortcuts with partners. That will never be standard operating procedure at PerfectServe.

Pros

PerfectServe has a positive team culture. The people here make a real difference in the day-to-day experience. The fully remote setup with flexible scheduling shows that leadership trusts employees to manage their time and deliver results. One of the standout perks is the access to Senior Leadership. It's rare to feel like your voice can actually reach the top... and here it does.

Cons

The one trade-off of remote work is limited face-to-face connection with your team. It's not a dealbreaker because flexibility is worth it, but more opportunities for in-person collaboration (team offsites, occasional meetups) would go a long way in strengthening those relationships.

Thank you so much for this review! Our marketing team is a tight-knit group, so you definitely know what good team culture looks like. And duly noted about the opportunities for in-person collaboration—it can be tough in a remote world but we're always looking for ways to make stuff like that happen.
