      Great people; relaxed atmosphere; lunch hour bike rides; some really smart, talented people that could make a great, successful company if they weren't being held back by sub-par upper management.

      Culture of micro-management grown from the top. Fundamental lack of understanding of basic statistics/math. Crumbling IT infrastructure. Dwindling resources. Lack of leadership.
