I worked at Performance Bicycle full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

If you stay long enough, you get promoted. Good full time benefits and competitive pay for bike industry. Good place to start out if you're looking for experience.

    Cons

Sexual harassment happens often (esp among employees) and management does not handle training well or take steps to change the culture.

Corporate nature of work is soul killing if you stay here too long.

    Advice to Management

Create plan and follow through with hiring and promoting more women and people of color. Change company culture, especially at the corporate level. Staff stores appropriately with enough people to meet demand.
