Some really amazing people who love bikes, the outdoors, & healthy activities - and want others to love them too. Lunch break bike rides - shower and locker area. Industry pricing on bikes, clothing, and associated brands & products.

"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." - Little room for professional growth. - Far below average pay. - Lack of respect of employees. - Unethical corporate practices. - Feigned emphasis on a 'fun, positive & encouraging' culture. - Upper management generally confused on how to run a company and make it a place for individuals to flourish and be happy.
