Pros

-Friendly colleagues. -Perks: Free Fruits, Soft drinks, Beers & Coffee. -Tasks are very easy: You do not need a Bachelor or Master degree to do the job, a high-school certificate is sufficient.

Cons

-Managers play favorites: ones of the biggest drawback of this company is that managers don't value performance and hard-work, but value only people who match their personality and interests. So, if your personality is not a fit with theirs, be aware that you might be treated as a second-class employee. For instance, I had a colleague in my team who was liked by my manager; he could arrive late at work, take as many sick days as he wants, stay as long as he wants on Facebook and Instagram, and text and call his friends all day long. -Managers are also incompetent: Managers lack experiences in basic leadership skills. They shy away from conflicts and having a meaningful discussion with their employees to improve work conditions. It also happens that employees know more about online-marketing than their manager, and will never admit that sometimes, they do not know everything. -Rude HR: HRs are not helpful when problems arise and usually tell you to go away. -No opportunities for growth: You repeat the same boring task over and over. You have no opportunity to learn new things or switch positions. They claim to have an online learning platform, but it is a total joke. You have questions like “What is digital marketing” and an easy multiple-choice quiz at the end. -Constant cheesy in-your-face lies. If there is one good thing to say about them is their complete know-how in lying. From day one, you’ll encounter only lies and fake promises. For instance, they’ll invent fake feedback without any concrete evidence, just to devalue you as a person or push you out. Another example is when managers establish rules. Well, if it happens they do not like you, be expected to have totally different rules from your colleagues. -Wages well below industry-average: If you do your research well, you’ll find out that wages are way below than the industry average. Even a waiter in a restaurant is better-paid.

We are very sorry to read you were so dissatisfied with almost everything during your job at Performics and would have appreciated your honest and detailed feedback before you left the company. We constantly work to improve leadership skills, development opportunies and try to provide as much job variation as possible. Some improvements need time as well as the support of everyone in the organization. HR is always and with no exceptions helpful in any way they can. None in HR ever tells an employee to go away. That’s why we would appreciate it if you could give us any details or a specific example in this case. We actively facilitate department changes whenever possible. Any job opening is sent out via email to all our employees and the company always reviews and favors internal applications first. Since becoming a part of Publicis Groupe S.A. we have a lot more possibilities for personal development and growth. But this is something that needs time to be fully implemented. The online learning platform you mentioned is called the IQ academy and is the Publicis Groupe´s global online training platform that provides a wide range of professional media and marketing online courses, not just on the topic of digital marketing. Different rules for different employees based on personal sympathy make no sense to us and our managers should not treat their employees like that. Since we don’t know what department you were in, detailed information would be very welcome. We just want to point out the possibility that some colleagues may have some personal matters that result in different regulations for them – in such cases we try to be as fair and flexible as possible.

The people, the clients and the work were amazing during my decade-long tenure

Cons

They underwent a consolidation a few years back. Not sure what their growth is looking like these days, but I still know a few colleagues who are still working there and loving it.
