If you like old school professional relationships with sales people and customers, this is a great fit. Many people build lasting and strong relationships across out dealerships and customer base.

We are growing our manufacturing capabilities quickly, a lot of change is happening and that can be stressful. Leadership often sets goals that seem unachievable, which creates an environment of frustration in those periods. There has been a lot of movement in leadership, both from turnover, and from natural succession.
