A lack of vision from the top creates a confusing work environment where expectations and project goals change from week to week. The content design management is particularly inept, and they won't think twice about blaming subordinates for their own bad management and lack of clarity. It wasn't always like this. It's been dramatically worse since Q2 of this year. The talent is there, but managed so poorly.
