I am sorry to hear of your experience. Q4 is always our busiest season, so that is why we offer in-office massages, wellness programs, and providing food and snacks to help during the busy season. While I am glad you see how great our company culture is and how helpful and amazing our employees are, I am sorry that you did not feel the same. I hope you'll reach out to the HR teams in the future and let them know (even if just to vent) so we can help our valued employees in the future. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors, and thank you for all you did to support PlanSource.

Pros

Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

Cons

Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

Pros

- Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

Cons

- Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
