Pros

PlanSource has an excellent upper management team that truly cares about the well being of the people. They make it a point to connect with each person to determine how everything is going and what support can be provided.

Cons

We have a lot of processes that are currently being re-evaluated to make the client experience better. This can lead to growing pains, but we are working through them.

Wow--thank you for the feedback! We love hearing about your experience. We are so fortunate to work at an organization where the upper management really does care about each individual. And while we are in the middle of some process improvements, we do believe that each change is bringing us up to speed and setting us up for continued success in the future. Thanks for being on board for the ride! Liz Chavez Talent Acquisition Manager

Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

Cons

Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

Pros

- Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

Cons

- Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
