      Pros

      The base salary is very competitive alongside a very good commission plan with a lot of bonuses. Very good benefits and the company location is very attractive.

      Cons

      Options to move up our limited at the moment due to COVID19 but growth should pick back up soon.

      Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
