      Pros

      Many great people to work with, very diverse (in factory especially), exposure to many programs and challenges. Standardization across facilities. Transition program management.

      Cons

      Not enough resources for some of the work, demanding environment, excessive SOP's and training. Pay not higher than competitors.

      Nice folks, decent pay at time, good experience. Clean workplace, emphasis on safety.

      Cons

      Management could be better, but not bad. Always chasing customer deadlines, but that is to be expected
