      good benefit good working environment a lot of fresh and young ppl good career path easy to get promoted if you are talented and initiave enough

      Cons

      overload to lots of tasks, some tech/eo with poor attendance and poor engineering knowledge poor control/schedule different salary adjustment high customer expectation high management expectation messy organisation

      Nice folks, decent pay at time, good experience. Clean workplace, emphasis on safety.

      Cons

      Management could be better, but not bad. Always chasing customer deadlines, but that is to be expected
