Pros

The campus is beautiful and well equipped with amenities. I was fortunate to work with an exceptional team on large-scale projects that offered extensive opportunities to deepen my understanding of electrical systems.

Cons

There is a frat-like culture that often encourages drinking during work hours, and some events felt mandatory, primarily serving publicity goals. The financial emphasis of extravagant events come at the expense of competitive raises and bonuses. Cross-department processes lack standardization, leading to friction and inefficiencies. Without established SOPs, many colleagues operate on individual scripts, which can be frustrating. Additionally, workloads were heavy, with new projects frequently added while helping other teams close existing ones due to high turnovers.
