Pros

Power Design offers an incredibly dynamic and supportive work environment. The culture is high-energy and collaborative — truly a place where Work Hard, Play Hard isn’t just a saying, it’s how things are done. I’ve had multiple opportunities to grow professionally through their unmatched training programs and leadership development tracks. The benefits are top-tier, including competitive pay, excellent healthcare, a 401(k) with match, generous PTO, and plenty of fun company events and perks. What really makes Power Design stand out is the people — everyone is talented, driven, and genuinely supportive. As a new mom, I felt especially valued. After my maternity leave, the phase-back program made returning to work smooth and manageable. The flexibility, understanding culture, and real support for working parents reflect how much this company cares about work-life balance. If you’re looking for a company that invests in your growth, well-being, and success, Power Design is the place to be.

Cons

This company moves fast — if you’re not adaptable or open to feedback, it's not the right place for you.

Pros

-Good working culture specifically for younger individuals looking to “work hard play hard” -Resources galore -Extensive state of the art campus

Cons

-There is a strong “suck-up” culture, whoever spends the most time currying favor with management appear to receive the most opportunities and perks -Underwhelming salaries for the amount of work, and the amount of flashy cars, and several thousand-dollar parties, among other things displayed at every corner of the office and work events -The culture tends to have a “high school environment” where people talk openly about others’ personal lives seeking retribution -One thing you can bet on is the number of empty promises from management, specifically executives
