      Pros

The career growth opportunity is outstanding. Everyone in the office genuinely cares about each other and wants to see you be successful. Communication with upper management is incredibly easy also. Company trips, Vacations, Gift Cards, promotions and endless income potential all push employees to work extremely hard and set unthinkable goals.

      Cons

Upper management will give you the tools and resources to be successful at the Power. It will take an equal amount of effort and dedication to be GREAT at power.

          Pros

This company is not an easy place to work for, but it’s more than worth it if you’re willing to put in the work. You’ll walk into the best work culture that I’ve ever witnessed. Everyone want to see you succeed and is willing to go out of their way to help you as long as you’re putting in the effort. The earning potential is insane and you are given a road map for success. Again, not an easy path, but it just takes hard work and dedication to follow it. Great senior leadership that is directly involved with your training and retains an open door policy

          Cons

It’s not for everyone. It’s a sales orientated job, but you don’t need sales experience to be a top performer. Commission only job, but it’s worth it.

Any genuinely good way to answer the "biggest weakness" question without sounding like a cliche. Anyone have any good examples?

I interview with this place about a week and a half ago. I think it went well and in the interview she said the next step would be a writing example, so I did that. Sent it to them the day it was due and haven't heard back since. She did say any next steps would be after thanksgiving since everyone was busy and their calendars full last week. I followed up on Monday with an email, but haven't heard back. Maybe it's taking awhile or should I try again end of week? I would at least like feedback.
