    Pros

The career growth opportunity is outstanding. Everyone in the office genuinely cares about each other and wants to see you be successful. Communication with upper management is incredibly easy also. Company trips, Vacations, Gift Cards, promotions and endless income potential all push employees to work extremely hard and set unthinkable goals.

    Cons

Upper management will give you the tools and resources to be successful at the Power. It will take an equal amount of effort and dedication to be GREAT at power.

    Pros

Culture here is bar none! They truly put people over profit. I've worked here for 5 years and have never had a year below 6 figures. We go to mexico every year for a 3 day all inclusive vacation and the only thing we have to pay for is the flights. We've seen concerts privately on a beach in cancun that we would have never seen otherwise (Macklemore, Kygo, TI, Nelly, BOB, Snoop Dogg, Sublime, Youngr, Bakermat, James Parsons). On top of the income earned there are constant promotions for free things, trips, and events. Benefits are excellent and even include things like mental health coverage and infertility coverage.

    Cons

The first year or 2 are a difficult schedule. However, there is a tenured based tiered system that allows the schedule to get better the longer you work here. I'm at year 4 and currently only work Monday-Thursday. The Schedule is earned, and it is worth the work put in
