    Pros

The career growth opportunity is outstanding. Everyone in the office genuinely cares about each other and wants to see you be successful. Communication with upper management is incredibly easy also. Company trips, Vacations, Gift Cards, promotions and endless income potential all push employees to work extremely hard and set unthinkable goals.

    Cons

Upper management will give you the tools and resources to be successful at the Power. It will take an equal amount of effort and dedication to be GREAT at power.

    Pros

Training: From the beginning you have the opportunity to learn from the best in the business. They give you all the tools needed to go out and do well from the start Earning potential: Everybody has the opportunity to earn well into 6 figures in their first year. Culture: Coworkers are some of the best people I know. Management seems to really care about your success and do whatever it takes to make you successful. The Job itself: For the most part you are meeting with amazing people and occasionally you’ll meet someone who has an incredible life story

    Cons

Work Life Balance: This job requires a lot of time away from home (Not traveling just working), late nights, and there are days where it seems from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed you are plugged in to work. But any other job where you have this earning potential requires the same.
